GRACE EPISCOPAL CHURCH

Welcome to Grace!

As a community of faith, we share life together in joy-filled worship, meaningful relationships, and loving service with our surrounding neighbors and city. We seek to live out the essence of the Christian life--growing in love of God, neighbor, and self--as we care for each other and invite you to join in what God is doing among us.

Grounded in the heritage of our Anglican and Episcopal Church traditions, we draw from a rich legacy of worship, prayer, and creativity to work for God's dream of wholeness for the world.

Worship on Sunday Mornings at 10:00 AM, with Children's Chapel

People from more than 15 countries around the world call Grace home.  We are young and old, rich and poor, gay and straight; we speak lots of languages and cook food with lots of flavors. We are creative, interesting, caring and fun. You will enjoy getting to know us and we will gladly welcome you as part of our community.

At Grace Episcopal, we go and grow together: loving, praying, serving, and connecting.

We often use the word liturgy to describe our worship. It comes from a Greek word that is loosely translated to mean “the works of the people.” When we gather for worship, we bring all that we are--all the people we know, all the places we have been, all the things we’ve seen, all the works we have done, everything!—and gather it up into an expression of worship that we can lift together. We use ancient rituals and modern language to guide us in times of worship, shaped by The Book of Common Prayer

You are welcome here! We are so glad you are joining with us!
To connect before your in-person visit to Grace, please email our Vicar, The Reverend Scott Painter.

COVID RELATED INFORMATION

Our church services are both streamed and in person at 10 am. You can access the live stream from Our Website, YouTube, or Facebook. In the fall we plan to resume Adult Christian Education (Sunday School) at 9am in person and via Zoom. The links for our services and zoom meetings are sent out via our weekly newsletter.

We have a Sunday evening service at 5:30PM on the last Sunday of the month in our Labyrinth Garden. For all of our services and in person meetings we ask that anyone who is not vaccinated wear a mask and maintain social distancing. We have a reserved section for those that would like to ensure they get 6-9 feet of space.
